  This is an older motel. The room was clean, there are plugins for your vehicles (bring your own cord) and it has free wifi. The room I stayed in had a kitchenette, (small fridge, stove, microwave, sink and coffeemaker). The price was good for the area and for the amenities. There is a continental breakfast included. I didn't try the breakfast but it looks like it includes cereal, muffins and coffee. If you come here understanding that it is an older building, you will enjoy your stay. The views of the mountains are breathtaking and the hotel is located within walking distance of stores. The staff was very friendly. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because of the cable, which is very basic, (only 24 channels) and the age of the building.

  After driving from Kelowna to Fort st john with my wife, 2 dogs and our 1 month old daughter we could not go any further. We stopped in grande cache at the grande mountain Lodge because it was pet friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by the very affordable rate and speedy check in. The room was fairly clean and even had a microwave, fridge and cook top. We all had a much needed rest then carried on the rest of the way in the morning. They even offered continental breakfast in the morning. Would definitely stay here again as a pit stop on our road trip

  Staff was so friendly!! The room was clean and nice. Was cheap for a great room. Only 2 complaints are there was some brown scribble over the mirror which got annoying and there was barely anything for blankets so was kinda cold at night.
